I am currently on a sim only plan after my current contract ended, but was looking at a new phone. Is flex pay the only option for current customers?
After going through the process and inputting my annual income, it stated I would pretty much need to pay for the phone upfront. Considering I have a reasonable monthly family income I was surprised and disappointed by this, I am a long standing customer since the Orange days, and my annual bill is almost £1500 across all my plans (2 other data sims, daughter's phone and PS5)

@markkilday if you don’t want a flex pay tariff, and you want the old style tariff where the phone and airtime is billed on one bill you need to call customer services for that at present.
