I just purchased the new iPhone 15 Pro Max on a monthly contract. The money has been taken out, but I still haven’t received a confirmation email. 

Why could this be ?

Likely your order wont be processed until Monday. Also check your spam/junk folder. 

When your order is due DPD will send you a text.
