Hello, i just made an Airpod order, made payment money was taken then the page froze and i have not gotten confirmation email about the order.
Got this error

It may be that the order didn't go through, and the payment wouldn't be processed, but if you call our Electronics Team on 08000790062, they will be able to check if the order was successful for you, and if not, help with the next steps.

Welcome to the community.
Have you checked your junk or spam folder in case the email has dropped in there?
If there isn't one, is the payment showing as pending with your bank or has it been fully taken?
Were you buying the Airpods outright or were they to be paid monthly on your mobile bill on Add to Plan?

I have checked my spam folder, nothing’s there.
It’s currently showing as pending on Klarna. I used Klarna to make the payment.
I paid outright.
