I purchased an eSim deal this morning - it seemed too good to be true and that's exactly what it was, I'd been redirected from a search engine to the ee website but the eSim (EE multi-sim) I ordered was no longer available. Spoke to someone a short time ago and they apologised and asked me to phone another dept to cancel the order. I've been on hold for over an hour now. I haven't received or downloaded an eSim so not sure if the order has even been activated and not sure whether I will be charged. Should I just stay on hold or is there any other way to cancel an order.
