I placed an order for an upgrade over a week ago and the parcel has been stuck with DPD since it was ordered.
The message I got from DPD was ‘your parcel has been delayed due to an unexpected issue in your area’.
They can’t tell me what it is and when it will be solved, all they say is I will have an update soon but I don’t know how to resolve this?

I'm sorry you haven't had any updates and are struggling to get answers about this. Have you spoken to our customer care team about this yet or have you just reached out to DPD?
