I’m having no luck ordering an iPhone 15 Pro Max in store. For the second day, EE’s systems are down. Pathetic!

@criostoirom   Just perhaps that amount of people trying to do what you are doing is putting a strain on the systems.        But I’ve just looked at upgrading and got all the way through to checkout and then changed my mind.      So it does work you just need to be patient,  try clearing your browser history and cookies and try again.

I was in a store and they had to turn people away as they could not connect.

@criostoirom   I ordered online myself for a watch just as you posted this.

And you don’t seem to understand that a system will have issues when it’s being heavily strained.    How many orders do you think EE are receiving for new devices since yesterday.   iPhone online pre order day.

According to the guys in the store, they were frustrated. Yes, demand is high but they called and were told the system was down.

I have just had the same experience. Very odd. I upgrade early every year, pay the fee and negotiate a discount. I have never been turned away because EE's systems can't cope. I usually call and order on pre-order day. I would understand if things were a bit manic then... but three days later, and there's no change?

Whilst I fully understand that they are the most busy they have ever been - aren't we paying more than other networks to get better service? Being told that I can't upgrade because the system has been down since Friday is poor service in comparison to rival networks. Come on EE. Get a grip and sort it out.

I get the impression that those of us who don’t want to trade in our old iPhones and are forced to go an EE Store are being discriminated against.
