Being given the run around trying to apply my EE Perks code to my upgrade. I'm not selecting a pre-discounted package, I'm trying to do a flex pay as the terms state this is valid for, and yet every time I enter the code I get told no. No one can help over the phone, I've been told to order and then try to get it applied later over the phone which is just backwards. Anyone else having difficulty with this able to provide some advice?

Whilst you're correct that this can be added within 30 days if you encounter trouble redeeming the code, there's still a few more things we can try first.
Which phone and plan were you looking to go for here, and what exactly happens when you try to redeem this?
Have you tried this from a different device or browser, too?
