I have never been so disgusted with a mobile phone network in all my life. They seriously have no idea what they are doing, EE customer service is seriously an absolute disgrace.

I added a new mobile phone to my broadband account yesterday. All went through perfect, got told being delivered today and this morning I received my 4 digit code from DPD and it was out for delivery.

i checked the tracking a short while later to see the tracking return to sender requested. It was going back to EE. I rang EE and they said fraud team have flagged it so please go to store with ID and proof of address to get the account resumed, I did this and store said account unblocked. I ring up and then get told the contract is cancelled so please place a new order.  Tried to place a new order and they said they can’t.

I have never in all my life on this earth been felt to feel like a fraudster. I am seriously in disbelief and the broadband has been at my address with EE for past year and the phone was registered at the same address.

I have rung 18 times today and not one person had a clue what was going on. It’s seriously concerning these idiots are dealing with peoples personal details and they don’t even have a clue. The fraud team isn’t even contactable. It’s disgusting
