Contract phone

I’ve ordered a phone on contract today and I have been charged but yet have got no email or anything to track it so idk if it’s even coming, if anyone can help because I’m stressing 😭

You will receive notification once your order has been ready for dispatch from EE and one up to the evening from DPD and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

Which phone, colour and storage size did you order?

Hiya thankyou for your reply, I ordered an iPhone 15 plus in pink, however I spoke with someone over the phone and he said that my order was showing up  properly and that it hadn’t gone through through the website the way it should of so I’m not really expecting the phone to turn up however it did take my deposit

@Mgc2008craw , have they now done the order for you? You should receive it soon and also receive notification about the order from DPD the evening before delivery and one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.
