Hey so I’m new to ee, long story short I order a ps5 from them all was good and well the process was running well until dpd had got the item to deliver. Anyways, It was due to be delivered today between 2:45 to 3:45 well 5 hours on and still no parcel. Spoke to dpd and all they had to say was please wait for the driver to deliver your parcel. Went back on the tracking at half 8 and the driver was making its way back to the depot. Has anyone else had this problem or is it just me? Bear in mind the driver has been in my area all day.
