Good morning guys,

I placed an order for an iPhone 24 in purple (128gb) a few days ago and I haven’t received a dispatch email yet. I also can’t track the order which was given in the confirmation email I received. I chose store pickup as the delivery option I don’t know if that makes a difference.

The current dispatch time for that model is up to 14 days.

You'll receive a text message as soon as your phone is ready for collection.

I meant iPhone 14 not 24
