Disappointed customer ... 4 weeks and still waiting for iPhone 15

I pre-ordered the iPhone 15 Pro Max in store on the 17th Sept.

No updates... went into the store last Sunday to ask for an update, I was told try back next week

Went into the store again today as 1 month has passed still no update... only to be told that it could take up to 2 months .

I was never informed of the delay, no apology.  

Unacceptable customer service, considering moving provider.

The delivery guidance is the same. It is available to order but to expect despatch in more than 28.
