Didn’t receive an order number

I ordered a phone upgrade a few days ago, I received a confirmation email but the email didn’t contain an order number so I can’t track the order. I also received a text telling me that a new document for my new device agreement is available and I can view it online, however I can’t find this anywhere.

Have you upgraded or ordered a new contract device?
