Device returns

Iv just received my returns package but want to upgrade to the special delivery option! anyone know how to do this? Do I use Royal Mail click and drop online and create my own postage label as the address didn’t come up the same as the one on the PP label I was sent! Also want to ensure that EE know it’s me that returned the device! 
the instructions in the leaflet are not clear at all!

Thanks for coming here. 

The post office should be able to provide options available for the return when you package the device and take this to be posted.
