Hi, I’ve tried using the app to contact but no help. I want to order the Beats Pro headphones in sandstone, but check out as a guest as I’m not with EE. It says delivery standard 2 days but then it says dispatched more than 28 days. Does this mean I won’t get the order till after 28 days?

Im not an EE customer, but can buy these as a guest.

Welcome to the EE Community

Yes the Beats Pro Headphones in Sandstone are available to order but we do not have stock at the moment and so it would be a back order. 

The current guidance is that new orders will be dispatched in more than 28 days from order as you mentioned. Once it is actually dispatched then delivery will be within 2 days.
