I ordered an upgrade for my watch last week and received an order number etc. On order tracking it shows as dispatched 5 days ago and has not changed since this point. I also have received no confirmation email for delivery from dpd or a pin for delivery. Who can I contact?

I would suggest ringing customer service as they can take a look for you and should be able to let you know what is going on.
