Hi I placed an order for an upgrade on my account yesterday and got a confirmation email straight away - but nothing from DPD (no email or tracking number etc).

DPD did attempt delivery today when I was not in and asked my wife for a PIN code which we do not have so he went away and said he’d try again tomorrow (9th Feb).

Can you help please?

Good someone helped you. I had my RCS off and that was my problem with DPD messages

I had the same issue. I ordered a game controle, which couldn’t be delivered because I’ve never received a PIN code from either DPD or EE. When I checked my EE account there was a complete different number there, which is absurd since I’m of course an EE client.  It couldn’t be delivered and since it’s Sunday I can’t speak with anyone at EE. It’s  incredibly frustrating
