Delivery.

I've taken the day off today because I was told on Saturday that my new phone will be delivered on Monday. When I check the tracker it just says awaiting confirmation. Obviously I've wasted a precious day off. Is there anyway of finding out for certain when I will get my phone?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

DPD will be in touch with you when the phone is ready to be delivered. Which phone did you order? I'll check our delivery estimates for you.

Hi, it was the Pixel pro 8 256gb. I understand waiting for the DPD message. It's just that after an hour and a half on the phone to EE Saturday i was told I would be getting the phone Monday.  The whole upgrading thing has been a nightmare, dragging on since the 5th November.. Anyway, appreciate you getting back to me.

Yeah, will probably have to do that.
