Delivery to store

DPD are trying to deliver to a store but won’t deliver without a PIN code. 
I also wanted a home deliver. Can we sort this?

Welcome to the community.

If you ordered the phone online and selected the deliver to store option, there should be no need for DPD to require a PIN.

If this was the option that was selected, please give our customer service guides a call, and they can check the order to see what is happening and update DPD if required.
