I ordered an eSim on the 3rd and have an order reference number, I've had no updates since and the order progress just says it'll be with me in 1-2 days. That's since the order was placed. I've tried calling to discuss but my existing phone signal is ironically so bad I can't have a conversation and the Chat option isn't showing. Any idea how I can find out if there's a problem with the order or what it will arrive? Should have been here by now I'd have thought?

Hi @Bigandyman It's great news that that you've ordered a new eSim.
A member of our processing team will pick up and process your order after you've placed the order online, if there's any issues or they need more information, they'll send an email to the email address that you've provided.
Could you check your emails including your spam folders please?
