Phone came but needed a pin and my phone is broken

I had my phone delivered today, was a bit surprised when it came as I received no updates over email or on the tracking page. The delivery man asked for a pin, which I cannot receive as my old phone is currently broken and he could not deliver it to me. I didn't see where it said I needed a code, of course it makes sense but then I would've put it to email. I need my phone soon as I move out in 2 days and need a phone to log in to banking to pay for things so I want to see if there was anything I could do.

Welcome to the community.
I can understand you'll be keen to get your hands on your new phone, especially if the old one isn't working.
Any updates from DPD would go by text to the upgrading number by default. Do you have access to another phone to pop the SIM into temporarily to be able to receive the updates and PIN?
If you don't, I'd recommend getting in touch with our customer service guides so they can bring up your account and order, and they can update the contact details to have the PIN either sent to another number or email address so you can receive the phone tomorrow.
