Hi - can someone help please - I ordered a new phone on 06/06 and received an email to say the order was placed - but it’s now 09/09 and I’ve had not further contact from either EE or DPD - have tried to call to speak to someone but phone service is switched off today?

This model is currently showing 'Usually despatched within 14 days'

 

Once your order has been dispatched you will get a text/email from DPD with tracking details to arrange delivery 🙂

Leigh, same with me. I lost my phone and EE were very efficient in blocking it and getting me a new one. Except the SIM has arrived but not the phone. I ordered it 13 days ago! 😳

Hi James, sorry for delay in replying I lost my phone, had no insurance so ordered a new phone on a new contract.
