DPD stole my phone

I ordered my upgrade it turned up today except I opened the package and it was a different phone, I contacted EE but now paying for a phone i didn't receive, will EE send me another one eventually

@Lucifer91  Once it’s been looked in to and you have to return the wrong device.   

 Did the package looked like it had been open before you opened it ?    

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

That's the thing where it was packed they have put in a pay as you go Vodafone cheap phone I ordered a Samsung galaxy s22 plus, I've got to pay insurance and contract on a phone I have not got

What were you advised when you called EE?

Thank you, just advised to wait now but like I said I'm now paying for the new device and contract plus insurance and I don't know if I will get a replacement at all
