DPD no text

Hi there,

I ordered an upgrade yesterday afternoon. The man whom I spoke with said that it would be delivered today and that I would receive a text before 11am from DPD stating the 1 hour delivery slot.

however, i have still not received a text message? What does this mean? Will it be delivered and I just won’t receive a text? Or will it not arrive today? As my phone is on it’s last legs and I need to get this new device ASAP.

Does it show any active parcels from EE?
