Hi  i applied in EE got declined and they credit to my account. Is there any chance i got a refund ?

Welcome to the community,

If you have been declined by EE, you will get a refund within the next 5-10 days if money has gone out of your account. 

Have you actually checked that it has gone from your account or does it say pending card authorisation? If it is pending then it has not gone and is just sitting there and will not go out.
