I received my handset today but when I placed the order yesterday, it stated I should receive a watch with it too. Please can you look into?

@Rosiebabe69 , this is not customer service, but a public forum, that has no access to accounts. It could be that it is on its way to you or there may be a delay, due to stock.

You also do not say what make etc. If you are concerned, you are welcome to ring customer service and they should be able to give you an update.
