I ordered a new phone with an upgrade over a week ago. I had tracking information saying the dpd driver couldn't find my address.
The following day tracking showed it was being returned to EE.
Not had any correspondence from either EE or DpD and neither seem to have a simple way of speaking to a human being to sort it out.
Any idea how I can get hold of someone to rectify this?

Thanks for coming here.
If the phone is being returned to us, once this has been processed your contract dates will be changed in your My EE account and you can place the order again.
