On Sunday 9th October I had to go in store to upgrade my iPad as the online app was not letting me upgrade online which considering the amount I pay each month (over£300 a month and never missed a payment) I found very annoying and downright disappointing. Order placed and informed I would receive it on Monday in store, another annoying thing, why can it not be sent out? I received an email confirming my order but it has no order number on it therefore I am unable to track the order, handy that eh. Any ideas EE or is this Putin’s fault as well
