Two new sim cards were ordered for my account but EE have stupidly closed the existing ones before the new ones have been delivered. Could be a couple of days,at least, before I can get the new sim.
Is there any method through WhatsApp or wi fi to get in touch with them?

You can contact EE-CS on 07953 966150 from any working phone.
Depending on the circumstances as to why replacement SIMs were ordered, it's normal for the existing ones to be cancelled first - to enable pre-activation and thus "ready-to-use" of the new SIM.
