I ordeeed a new iPhone and as a new customer set up my new account with EE
However that was 10 days ago the order number doesn’t work in tracking
and I’ve also not been able to contact anyone to speak to 45 min wait for customer service
my pac number I provided will soon run out and the deposit was in pending in my bank account but has now disappeared ?
any ideas of how I find out what’s happening

Try checking EE order tracking: https://ee.co.uk/help/orders
Also download the DPD app.
Alternatively call EE CS on 150. You should check your Junk/Spam folders.
