Oops your tracking timed out

Hi. Could anybody tell me if they eventually got to track there order? Keep getting this message and have been reading some of the comments about it. I received an email regarding my order but thats it. Anybody got anymore info regarding this?

These are showing as in stock, so I would have expected further updates after 24 hours of placing your order. 

Don't forget to check the DPD app, as once they have your parcel, they'll assign a delivery date and timeslot. 

If this timeframe has now passed and you have no updates whatsoever, please get in touch with our Customer Service Guides so they can double check what stage things are at.

What have you ordered from us (please include the model, capacity, and colour)? Once I have these details, I can double check the stock information. 
We will always update you on any progress once your order is fulfilled, and then DPD will reach out with further details regarding delivery once they have your parcel.

Hi. I ordered the honor magic v5 in gold. 512gb. Checked again on tracking this morning and still no change.

Hi. Ive had a text saying these an issue with my order. And a link to chat. But it won’t let me send a message. I tried to ring customer services but going round in circles.

If you call 150 from your EE mobile, you can select option 1 for our visual service, and the team will call you back.

If you select option 2, you can then choose to speak with our customer service team from the options listed.
