Hi the title of the email confirmation of my new pay monthly order says please call us but then the body of the email just says Thanks, we've got your order, we'll begin to work on it straight away. We'll be in touch via SMS if we need any further information, you'll know its from us as it will include the XKO reference number you received when you placed your order. nothing about calling. what do i do?

I'd recommend giving us a call just to check if our processing team need to confirm or take any further information to complete your order.
To speak with a guide, you'd just need to call 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.

I placed an order last night and received the same header but the body said nothing about calling. Strange...
