Rang about new phone last night I wanted an Iphone11 with 40 gb of data and was told that they didn’t call it that anymore and 40gb wasn’t an option it’s 125, what’s this all about? Ordered new phone but had no confirmation

I bought the same phone from you last may and it was £29 a month, who come it is now £45 for my husbands and how much Data is 125 in relation to the 40 I have? and also I have not received a confirmation email for the phone I bought yesterday

Sounds like you got a fantastic deal. Our Mobile Care team will be able to check the differences between your plans, if you're both there together. The data allowance is 3x greater.
