bought a PlayStation 5 and a seperate controller, however I ended up returning them both. I got an email saying that the controller had been returned but not one for the PlayStation and have only been given a refund for the controller. I then received another email a few days later saying my payment for the PlayStation 5 is due.
I dont understand why it’s only saying that the controller has been returned when they were both in the same box and I don’t know what to do about

Did you keep proof of return?
If so call them up and explain that you returned both. It might be a case they are still processing the return but just incase give them a call and they should give more information.
