Hello 

I have placed an order for a sim but I wanted it to be an eSIM. Can this be changed to this before it  comes out to me

If you have already ordered a regular SIM then we wouldn't be able to change this to an eSIM until you receive this.

When did you order. 

Have you spoken to EE CS on 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I done it today but just clocked it that it not an esim
