Hello,

 

I placed an order for a phone on 08/01, and at the time of ordering I was informed that it would be dispatched on 09/01 with next-day delivery.

 

However, the order status is still showing “awaiting dispatch”, with no dispatch date provided.

 

Order number: 00********

 

Please could you urgently advise:

 

  • why the order has not been dispatched as promised,
  • when it will be dispatched,
  • and whether the device is currently in stock.

We don't have access to accounts or orders via this community forum, but if you are able to share how it is you placed your order and which exact model you ordered, including size and colour I can check if the issue may be due to stock and any current guidance we have for expected dispatch if so.
