I'm trying to add a PS5 Pro to my account, but it always comes up with "something went wrong". I've also tried adding a Pay Today to my basket but it always comes up eith error messages.
I've tried logging out and doing it that way, but still no change and checked other products to see if its only the PS5 that isn't working, but nothing else is either.
Anybody else experiencing this?

What exactly is happening when you try to add these items too, and are you logged into your account?

Thanks @Gaby85ro, if you select the basket icon in the top right will it display the product you've selected and give you the option to check out?
Or does this navigate back to the same error?

Thank you, I’ve been in touch with someone yesterday to order my new watch and he said I will get a phone call later on from special department about this issue. After 1 day I’m still waiting:) that phone call

If we've had to raise a ticket to investigate the basket issue further, we do usually recommend up to 5 working days for this to be investigated.
I'm confident you'll hear something back though, so please keep an eye out 😊

What are you trying to order? Do you get the error message 'something went wrong' as previously mentioned in this thread?
Also, do you have a pay monthly mobile account?
