Have attempted ordering a pay monthly SIM card countless times over the last week with every order being cancelled. I have been on the phone with ee who referred me back to my bank to see if there are any blocks on my card which there are not. I tried again to order a sim, this time over the phone and it all seemed to go through until 10 minutes later I get another order cancelled text.
Hear real good things about EE and their coverage etc, but unfortunately I may have to go elsewhere unless I’m able to find a fix.

I am sorry you've experienced issues with orders you've placed being cancelled.
If you get in touch with our sales team on 0800 956 6000, they can take a look at the order and see why this has been cancelled.

Same problem and I've been with ee since they were orange.
Do I have to go elsewhere for the service I need.
In the meantime, I've got a pay monthly spare phone with giff gaff no trouble.

Hi @Ad129 I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble ordering a pay monthly sim with us, It sounds like its been very frustrating for you so far.
Did the text give any reason for the order being cancelled?
I'd recommend giving us a call and speaking to a guide who can try to process the order for you then and there.
To speak to a guide, you'd just need to dial 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
