I just made an order and once I paid the amount the screen went blank and I haven’t received any confirmation. 
I’ve read multiple relies saying to ring and sort it out it’s one of the team but when you call you can’t talk to anyone unless you have a number you just go round and round with the options. 

it’s so bad that we’re expected to wait 10 days to receive our own money back because the system is making mistakes. It’s putting me off continuing
