Hello! Sorry if this is the wrong location, I wasn't sure where to post it.
I am looking for a new phone and have seen one on the "good as new" pages that I like, however, I already have a sim card from another company that I am happy with and don't want to change sim cards, etc. Does anyone know if it is possible to get a "good as new" phone on its own, without the sim card? I was hoping to chat to someone on live chat but since it doesn't work unless you have a contract, I can't do it. Thank you so much!

Oh, boo. That’s so annoying. Guess I will have to look somewhere else then. Can you just get regular phone only contracts at all with them? Or is it always with a sim?

@MrsB_TheWitch You can get a full device contract that comes with a air time tariff calls/texts/data or you can get a sim only contract this obviously doesn’t include a device as you already have a device yourself that you are going to use.
The only device you can purchase that doesn’t have a contract is a PAYG device. But you can purchase a device anywhere you want. Argos. Amazon etc etc
