Can’t Track Upgrade

I placed a upgrade yesterday (New iPhone). I received my confirmation email with an XKO order number. On the site though I can’t see any orders and can’t see it in the order tracker either. Do I just need to wait as this is normal or should I chase it?

I finally got through to someone and he said all was good he could see the order - I’ll probably be able to track it closer to dispatch time. All good.

fab, thank you! I'm currently on hold. My order said "we need more info" at the top so I needed to call them anyway. Thanks for letting me know.
