How can I buy on ee, I’m a new customer but I’m only being directly to join the community

You cannot order a tablet online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan. That's why it's telling you to login to upgrade your existing plan or add another device. You have neither of these.

Logout of (or don't login to) your MyEE before going to the EE Shop to buy an EE mobile phone or SIM contract. It expects you to already have an EE mobile phone or SIM contract.

Hi, I’ve logged out and tried to purchase an item still the same. It keeps asking to link an account but I don’t use EE this is my first time and I don’t already have a contract. How do I go about this

I’m trying to buy an iPad but when I click on it or on any product it automatically brings me to the login page. And when I login it gets stuck at the add an account page or join the community.
