In March I spoke to someone on chat and was told that I had to wait 14 days for them to automatically send me free buds2 pro headphones as I had upgraded my phone and it was part of the new offer. The problem is that we are in September and they still haven't arrived. Do you have any idea how long it will take to finally receive them?! Thank you
