Been waiting 9 days for my Sim, can I get an esim?

I ordered a new pay monthly sim 9 days ago and it still hasn't turned up. Is it possible to get an e-sim, I have a Pixel 6 which is compatible.

@mattcroberts  You can not activate an eSim without having a SIM card first as the information from the sim has to be migrated to the eSim.    Have you tried calling customer services to inquire about your order ?  You should have had this by now.
