Been sent wrong phone

Hi, I pre ordered the galaxy s23 ultra (256GB) I was told I'd receive the (512GB) for the price of the 256GB phone, so I agreed as it was a cheaper deal. But I still received the (256GB) phone today!

I originally wanted the 512GB one as I use alot of storage.

How did you order this, and who told you of the offer?

Originally online but then I was told to call them so I did & had to re-order it over the phone. I was told if I got the 256GB one instead I'd get the 512GB (double storage for free for pre ordering) & that would make my bill cheaper aswell. 

I rang up yesterday & had to do  a return request, they are also investigating the phonecall recording.

It's just a week now with no phone, not a great start to switching to EE 😅
