Awaiting confirmation

I have placed an order for the iPhone 14 Pro 5G 256GB Deep Purple and for the past few days I have been put on awaiting confirmation and the email I received said the estimated delivery date is 16/11/2022 what should I do I tried live chat but got no response 

can some one please help me out

This will depend how many are awaiting delivery of the phone, as orders are processed on a first come first serve, and due to China’s strict Covid rules, at present, there could be a delay, you may want to take a look here:

Once EE are ready to dispatch your phone, you will receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.
