Hi ya all! I ordered my apple watch ultra on Friday in store but unfortunately I haven’t received any confirmation email and can’t track my order using the order number. What can i do for this issue. Your help will be highly appreciated. Thank you.

If you're unable to track your order online, I'd recommend either getting in touch with our Customer Care team or going into the store if it's not too far to see if they can update you.

I called customer service, they advice me to go to the store. As per their instructions i went to the store, they told me I should contact customer service. What a weird situation. What should i do actually?

Usually of you ordered in store and it's getting delivered to the store, you'd go there, @Israfil2022.
Were the store not able to give you an update?

Yes the store is unable to provide me a answer. Store person said call the customer service they might help you.
yes i do have a order number: xxxxxxxxxx.
my order gonna dispatch within 14 days the store told me.
