Apple ultra watch order

Ordered my ultra watch over the phone on the pre order day and received my pre order confirmation 👍  Had another email a week later saying order on track but no delivery date 🤷🏻‍♀️. They launch on Friday ,anyone else waiting like me .

same here have been more than 24 days from the 23th but order in the 16th , i only recieved , messages saying good news is on the way , is on track , very soon will be with you , but at the time i paid 190 i was told in 3 o 4 days , and i wasnt , i still waiting and who know how long and  no one in EE can give you any positive answer , very bad way to make easy money offering you something that is no and help 0

Im also a victim of this shambolic mess. Having given up on my Ultra Trail order, i thought id be clever and change to a Alpine as it was confirmed as 14 days. This has now been moved to 28+ so I’m back to the back of a queue and in a worse position. Whilst I appreciate this is all out of EEs control its a shame they simply don't care. They appear to have given up which will ultimately result in me moving my phone contracts as soon as feasible

I too on Oct 3rd had originally ordered the “Apple Watch Ultra”  with the Ocean Loop band in yellow,  because I was told that that would be available in 7 days, even though I really wanted the Orange Alpine band. I contacted EE 8 days later to confirm the “within 7 days” time slot, only to be told that it wasn’t the case and that it was a 28 day wait, needless to say I re ordered, this time with my original “Orange Alpine band. I’m still waiting for a text with a confirmation date etc.

i counting 34 day i make my order  and nothing yet , so dont believe what they said about 7 days i been told the same and is 34 days now

So, still no communication from EE whatsoever but I receive a message from DPD today saying an EE parcel is bring delivered. BUT, I can’t leave work so it will be sent back. You can’t make this up. 😂

Has anyone received a Black/Grey Large Trail Watch Ultra or had a delivery date.

I looked on Apple originally when I placed my order 13th Sept and I think it said 24th to 28th but not holding my breath.
