Apple ultra watch order

Ordered my ultra watch over the phone on the pre order day and received my pre order confirmation 👍  Had another email a week later saying order on track but no delivery date 🤷🏻‍♀️. They launch on Friday ,anyone else waiting like me .

I cancelled from EE as emails said order on track but when I rang up,was told it was an open order with idea of delivery date.
Went to John Lewis on line the day after the Friday launch ,ordered on line and less than 24 hours later it was delivered . I love everything about it . So glad I didn’t wait for EE

i don’t believe them at all now ! If I won’t get my watch till end of this month I will cancel my order and change network. O2 got AW in stock and they charge £24 pm not £44 

Is a joke ! It’s most expensive and worst network for now !

It’s only £24, but it’s a 48 month contract… So half the price but twice the length!

I’ve had the same response as you, when I got the second email saying “Order On Track” I assumed that I’d receive more details; such as delivery date etc.

you will recieved more email , like good news , order comming soon , oder on track but you must still waiting  and waiting and waiting

I’ve been checking in on this every so often to see updates and just wanted to offer up some hope to this thread. I ordered my watch (Medium green alpine loop) on the 8th and it arrived today. 10 days from start to finish so hopefully a sign of good things to come for you all 👍

This has frustrated me, considering I ordered exactly the same watch but in 13/9 and heard absolutely nothing. Demonstrates that something has gone wrong with their processes.

My balance was also £190 in credit and is slowly going down as it is used for the bill. It’s all very odd
