Has anyone been given an update on the Apple Watch Ultra stock recently (49mm, black/grey trail band)?
I pre ordered on the 9th for delivery on the 23rd but that hasn’t materialised (after being told on the 23rd that it was with DPD and to expect delivery within a day).
I was then told last week by a supervisor that it will be a max of 28 days from my order date (which is tomorrow, I did query if that was 28 days from my order date or the release date and they were adamant that it was from my pre order date) and the DPD app isn’t showing anything and neither is the EE tracking link.
What’s the likelihood of me being let down yet again tomorrow?

Did you order the 41mm or the 45mm?
Have you checked our order tracker?
Most Apple Watches are expected to be dispatched within one day at the moment.

Sorry @Tip1, I've found that model now, my apologies.
The current guidance on that model/colour is that it's expected to be dispatched in more than 28 days.
Have you been able to track your order?

I haven’t, it says the order type isn’t about to be tracked.

Have you downloaded the DPD app?
If you use the email address and postcode you entered at checkout, this will show you any deliveries scheduled for your address?

I’m sick of seeing B.S responses from people who think they know and advisors making it up as the go along.
We are customers and deserved to be treated with a certain amount of respect. Can someone from ee just find out a stock arrival date so you stop feeding ‘valued customers’ absolute rubbish.
we have placed orders and just would like to get some idea of when we might possibly receive our orders. The 28 day line is none sense and just gives you breathing room to change it again.

Sorry, we have no information on when stock will arrive or access to orders on the community.
Once the order has been dispatched, DPD will be in touch with tracking details for the delivery.

This is exactly my point
well done in repeating what every other advises has said- that script must be getting tired!
what we are asking for is someone in your supply chain to actively seek the info from apple and provide a real update. People get much less annoyed if they are informed rather than feeling like we are left hanging having to search on here. The minimum you should be providing is a weekly update to the people who have ordered.

I believe you that you don't have information but I don’t believe you that EE source team or whatever do that, can’t pass this info to first front line of customer service team? I understand there is no exact date, but you must have some lead time when ordering watches and if this is 28 days and 28 days it seems in many situations is proving not enough then there are only few options : late delivery of watches to EE (you should know and inform customers if that the case) or you taking more orders than stock you have contracted to be delivered at agreed time and all you do is …”Sorry, we have no information when stock arrive…”by which you frustrating customers … I don’t believe that Apple left you hanging to dry without informing you whats going on whatever it’s currier or Apple stock issues… I mean in word of Current tracking deliveries possibilities, telling customers that “ we sorry but we don’t know when stock will arrive…” is just offending don’t you think?
